Parpadella Arrabiata
St. Louis Magazine Review
It’s hard not to like a place with five different preparations of veal. The lobster ravioli, though, camouflage—and in some ways, define—Sapore, the Italian café in Manchester. We’re talking credit card–size ravioli, bulging with chunks of delectable lobster, with a supple sherry-and-cream sauce spooned over. It’s luxurious, unapologetically caloric, delicious. Ladue News: Mangia Italiana

"The food at Sapore is absolutely phenomenal!!! We are totally hooked!!!"
- Diane Duenez, Special Projects Producer, KMOV TV
"After an afternoon of shopping, my friend Ann and I ate dinner at Sapore Italian Cafe (Manchester & Baxter). The seafood risotto was the best I've ever had. I sampled Ann's Farfalinni Mascarpone (Italian for to-die-for pasta in cream sauce). For dessert, Chef Paul brought out a Tiramisu large enough to serve everyone in the state of Texas. Oh-my-God, delicious! If you want to find me tonight: I'll be doing Wii Fit. I'll be back for sure. It's so nice to have an awesome Italian restaurant in the area. I forgot to mention Sapore's homemade bread. (good sigh)"
